Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

All of the puzzles you can purchase on our site are solvable. We do not take this claim as a fault of the product and refund is not applicable.

The puzzles do not come with a solution, unless otherwise stated on the website. If you are not able to solve the puzzle, please contact us at info@pelikanpuzzles.eu for further help. If we provide you with downloadable software products such as puzzles solutions, they are non-returnable and are subject to protection laws of intellectual property rights.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition, unless the item(s) has been found to be defective or not as described.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or another proof of purchase and signed letter stating the reason for your return, contact information, including e-mail address.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For combined orders, we do partial refund for the extra shipping costs. It’s the difference between the paid price and the prices stated in the Shipping Policy for the total number of sent puzzles. For all aditional details, you will be informed by the e-mail provided at the time the orders were placed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements (if applicable)

In the unfortunate event that you received the wrong item, your item(s) is defective or is not as described, please contact us at info@pelikanpuzzles.eu. The correct item or replacement will be shipped to you at no cost – usually the same day of approval or otherwise discussed. However, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you, may vary.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any items.

Return Shipping

To return your product, mail your parcel to: Jakub Dvořák, Štítného 3108, Tábor, 39002, Czech Republic.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will not accept items for return if they have been damaged during the return transit. When returning your item, please secure the parcel correctly for its journey back to us. Also consider using any trackable shipping service and necessary insurance to cover the costs of the items in the event that they are lost or damaged by the chosen carrier. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not accept “cash on delivery” parcels.
